Thank you for choosing Adams Passports and Visas to renew your passport. We generally can process your passport in 1 to 3 business days; this does not include transit times to and from you.

Please follow our simple STEP-BY-STEP instructions to ensure a timely delivery of your renewed passport.

Please print this page to use as an easy reference to make sure you have everything you need.

In order to renew your passport you must:

1. Submit your most recent passport
2. Your most recent passport must be in your name.
3. Your most recent passport must be less than 5 years old.
4. Your most recent passport was issued when you were 16 years old or older.

Please complete the online renewal application. Print and sign the application before sending to Adams Passports and Visas. For the DS-82 Form, click here.

We will need two 2” x 2” passport photos.
Passport photos are available at most FedEx/Kinkos locations. For your nearest FedEx/Kinkos location please click here.

Please provide us with a copy of your flight itinerary leaving the country. If you do not have one, please contact customer service at sandraadamspassportsandvisas@yahoo.com or the phone numbers provided.

Please print and sign the attached letter authorizing Adams Passports and Visas to manage your passport renewal on your behalf. For the Letter of Authorization, click here.

Please fill out the order form, print and sign before returning to Adams Passports and Visas. For the Order Form, click here.

You will need to send the following:

1. A check in the amount of $135.00 payable to “U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE”.
2. A signed Payment Authorization form for Adams Passports and Visas. This will cover our service fee plus the shipping option you choose.
