STEP 1 - PASSPORT

Please enclose your valid passport.
Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date you intend to enter into China.
Your passport should have one completely blank page for your visa. (Please note that pages 22-24 should not be considered for Visas. The Chinese consulate will not place a visa on these pages.)

Flight schedule / Itinerary or copy of round-trip air tickets.
Applicants visiting friends and family must provide round-trip air tickets and certificate of kinship

Original letter of invitation
Copy of round trip air tickets or itinerary.

If you are a NON-U.S. PASSPORT HOLDER, the Chinese consulate needs to see the following:

ORIGINAL green card or your U.S. visa.
An applicant who was born in China is required to submit his/her Chinese passport or last foreign passport with a Chinese visa when he/she applies for a Chinese visa with a new foreign passport.
Round trip air tickets and hotel reservation.
A visa notification issued by the authorized Chinese unit or proof of kinship, e.g.marriage certificate,etc,is required for the accompanying family members.

STEP 2 -

VISA APPLICATION

Please print and fill out the China Visa Application. Please remember to fill out all of the fields and sign prior to sending. We will need the original to process your visa, so please make a copy for yourself if you like, but send us the original.

STEP 3 - PHOTOS

Please enclose one 2” x 2” passport photo with your application.

STEP 4 - BUSINESS PERMIT

You must submitt

Original Letter of invitation traveling for Business.

Hotel Reservations or Tour Confirmation.

Copy of round trip air tickets or itinerary.

STEP 5- FINISH
