STEP 1 - PASSPORT

• Please enclose your original valid passport.
• Your U.S. passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date you intend to enter into India.
• Your passport should have one completely blank page for your visa. (Please note that pages 22-24 should not be considered for Visas. The Indian consulate will not place a visa on these pages.)

STEP 2 - VISA APPLICATION

You must complete application on line. Go to Select, on left side of screen,click on Application.

Please remember to fill out all of the fields, leave no blank spaces. 

No hand written applications will be excepted

We will need the original to process your visa, so please make a copy for yourself. 

 COPY of BIRTH CERTIFICATE ...Do Not submit originals,they will not be returned. 

 

Visa fee: Whatever it states at top of your application, plus $13.00 Outsource fee.Please provide money order for correct amount. If we have to obtain money order, there will be an added charge of $5.00.

Our Fee: $80.00 plus FedEx fee, may be paid by check or Credit Card.

FedEx Fee: $25.00 2 day ship

                $35.00 Overnight ship

STEP 3 - PHOTOS

• Please enclose two (2) 2” x 2” passport photos with your application.
• For your nearest Fedex/Kinkos please click here.

STEP 4- SUPPORT

• Flight Itinerary –  A copy of your flight itinerary is required.

• Business Letter – This is a letter on your company’s letterhead stating the purpose of the trip, and should identify whether you should receive a 1 year or 10 year Visa.

• Invitation – This should be provided from the host company that you are conducting business.

NON-U.S. PASSPORT HOLDERS –

• A copy of your greencard, front and back.

**IMPORTANT FOR ALL TRAVELERS**

• All travelers must submit a copy of their driver's license.
